Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to providing the highest quality to our customers, all sales are final.

Exchanges are only accepted in cases where the incorrect item was sent. If you receive an item in error, please contact us and we will make it right.

Please note: All exchanges must be approved in advance. Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the situation and follow up with a final decision.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
