Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing and 2-8 business days for shipment. During peak times such as major sales events or holidays, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Important Notice:
CEMA Hair is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. To ensure the safety of your shipment, a signature will be required upon delivery to prevent stolen packages. In the event that your package is returned to CEMA Hair due to multiple failed delivery attempts, we will not issue a refund. However, we will contact you once the package arrives for reshipment.
